We are on the hunt for an attentive Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team at Quant Tekel. In this essential role, you’ll provide dedicated support to our trading clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and maximise the value of our platform. Based at our contemporary offices in Canary Wharf, you’ll be working at the centre of London’s financial district while directly contributing to our clients’ success.

You’ll join our collaborative team of 50+ professionals who work together to create outstanding client experiences while pushing boundaries in the financial technology space.
How You’ll Support Our Clients:
- Provide prompt, friendly, and effective support to traders using our platform and services.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to active trading.
- Respond to client inquiries via multiple channels (email, chat, phone) with clarity and precision.
- Troubleshoot common platform issues and escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams.
- Document client interactions in our CRM system to maintain comprehensive records of support history.
- Collect and organise client feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Assist in creating and updating support resources, FAQs, and educational materials.
- Collaborate with the broader Customer Success team to identify trends and enhance the client experience.
What Makes You an Ideal Candidate:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support, client service, or a related field, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Degree or pursuing qualifications in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of trading platforms, financial markets, or brokerage services is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
- Proficiency with customer service platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced situations and deliver consistent service quality.
