In this essential role, you’ll orchestrate the daily administrative functions that keep our brokerage running efficiently while supporting our professionals as they focus on innovation in the trading space. Based at our modern offices in Canary Wharf, you’ll be at the centre of London’s vibrant financial district while helping maintain the seamless operations that underpin our success.

What You’ll Handle:
- Coordinate daily administrative operations to keep our brokerage running smoothly.
- Support the team with scheduling, calendar management, and organising meetings.
- Manage internal documentation, filing, and record-keeping with high accuracy.
- Serve as a first point of contact for internal inquiries, assisting colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments and maintain updated contact lists.
- Process invoices, expenses, and maintain office supplies and equipment inventories.
- Assist with preparation and coordination of internal reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support for projects, events, and other firm initiatives.
What Makes You Ideal:
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or office management, preferably within financial services or fintech environments.
- Qualification or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with administrative software tools.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the willingness to adapt and support team success.
